Additionally, the widget provides essential information, such as your sleep goal, ideal wake-up time, and recent sleep average derived from your Apple Health statistics.
Configuring the app is simple and entails three easy steps:
- Set your daily Sleep Goal
- Establish your Wake Up Time
- Add the Go To Sleep widget to your Home Screen
Throughout the day, Go To Sleep can display positive affirmations tailored for self-encouragement. These messages can be customized to suit your preferences.
